It's time to FLOURISH with Flora Gut Foundations!

This course is for anyone struggling with digestive discomfort (bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhea, reflux, etc.) OR those simply seeking to optimize your well-being. Our gut microbiome is connected to every other organ system in our body, so when we optimize gut health we optimize overall health!

You will learn about the intricacies of the gut microbiome, how it functions, how nutrition supports or hinders its health, how to overcome common gut issues, and how to support your GI health through a functional health lens. You will also receive personalized insights into the health of your gut microbiome with a GI Map (included with course purchase) to help uncover the root cause of your GI concerns.  

You will also be guided through specific habit changing sequences throughout the course to help you transform your GI health by the end of the course. 

This is a 3 month long course. You have access to the modules indefinitely. There are scheduled individual sessions that are planned at the midpoint of the course and during the last module. Ideally, you would work through the course doing 1 module every 2 weeks. This will give you time to slowly build the habits you will learn so by the end of the course you feel confident in your abilities + new routines!
